Our monthly SPIRIT WEAR DAY is tomorrow Thursday, Feb. 7, in conjunction with Harmons PTA Day. We invite all students to show their school spirit by wearing our school colors or their Draper Elementary spirit wear. They can wear any T-shirt, sweatshirt or sweat pants with the Draper Elementary logo (including Fun Run shirts from years past). If students don't have any Draper Elementary gear, they are welcome to wear a shirt in any of the school colors (blue, white, yellow or gray).
Every student who shows their spirit will get a prize from the PTA. We are holding a contest for the class with the highest percentage of students participating - they will win an end of year party! There are a few spirit wear items still available for purchase (limited sizes and styles). Please see the office staff for a list of inventory and prices.
Don't forget to come to the Harmon's at Bangerter Crossing any time on Thursday. A portion of all sales that day will be donated to our school. Remind your friends and neighbors to shop at Harmons on Feb. 7 and support our school! PTA volunteers will be at the store throughout the day helping at cookie stations and bagging groceries. Principal Kenna Sorensen will defend her title during a Principal Bagging contest that begins at 3:30 p.m. Come cheer her on! A special thanks to our Student Council who made decorations for Checkout Stand #1.
