We hope you are planning to attend our first Parent Education Evening scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 7-8:30 p.m. at the school.
We will have four sessions available. Come to one or more - whatever your interest is.
1. A drug awareness presentation by Drug Free Draper in the gym.
2. An internet safety presentation by Sally Linford in the kiva.
3. A Pearson EnVision online math presentation by Camille Cole in the computer lab.
4. A Chinese Introduction for adults by Ou Lao Shi on “pinyin” and ways for parents to assist students learning Chinese.
Each of these 30-minute presentations will be offered three times so parents may attend any three in any order. The PTA will be in the library and will host a refreshment station and raffle. Due to some of the subject matter that will be shared this evening is for PARENTS ONLY.
We are excited to see you and hope that these sessions will provide you with a new awareness and knowledge to help your students.
