Online Scheduler Opens Oct. 12

It is that time of year and once again we will be using the Online Scheduler to arrange our SEP Conference appointments for Nov. 2-3. This program provides a greater flexibility in scheduling your appointments with our teachers and is available via the Internet. Starting tomorrow Wednesday, Oct. 12, and running until midnight Oct. 25, parents will have the opportunity to access their teachers’ calendars and schedule a convenient conference time. If you have not made an appointment by Oct. 25 teachers will pick a time for you and notify you in a take-home note just prior to the conference period.


The school invites you to come in and use one of our computers if you do not have Internet access at home or work. Alternatively, you may access the Internet via the computers at your local library.


The Parent Instructions, that will explain how to go online to schedule your conference times, are included at the bottom of this message. You will need to go to our school website: http://draper.canyonsdistrict.org and click on the Online Scheduler link. Then follow the given instructions.


Please be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to efficiently schedule your appointments. Remember, the appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.


Step-By-Step Parent/Guardian Instructions

1. Visit the school’s homepage and select the Online Scheduler icon/link on the bottom right side.

2. From the Online Scheduler Home Page:

3. Choose your student’s school from the drop down list and click “GO”

4. Enter the school password (dewey)

5. Click on the LOOKUP STUDENT ID button

6. Enter in your student’s first name, last name and birth date

7. A list of your student’s teachers will be displayed. Check the box next to the name of each teacher(s) you would like to meet with

8. If you have more than one student in the school, you can see all of your students’ teachers’ schedules at one time by answering YES to this question: “Do you want to schedule conferences for another student?” Then repeat the steps above for your other students. If you have only one student, answer NO to that question

9. You will then see the available time slots for each teacher you selected

10. Select the times that work best for your schedule

11. Enter your email address if you would like an email reminder sent to you. (Your email address is kept private)

12. Once you have finished you can confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule

13. Write down the confirmation number. You will need this number if you need to cancel your appointment(s)
