Oct. 21-25 2 is Red Ribbon Week
Parents are encouraged to talk to their children at home about the dangers of drug abuse and addictions. At school, we will be commemorate Red Ribbon week by doing the following:
Monday, Oct. 21: Wear Red! (I am “RED”y to say no to drugs)
Tuesday, Oct. 22: Wear clothes inside out/backwards! (Drugs turn you inside out, turn your back on drugs!)
Wednesday, Oct. 23: Wear sweatshirts and/or sweat pants! (Living drug free is no sweat!)
Thursday, Oct. 24: Wear a fun/crazy/silly hat! (Put a cap on drugs!)
Friday, Oct. 25: Wear your favorite team jersey/shirt or Draper Elementary TEAM spirit wear or colors! (Team up against drugs!)

Wednesday, October 23rd @ 7-8pm: Suicide Prevention Seminar for parents
Hillcrest High School Auditorium (7350 S. 900 E., Midvale)
Monday, October 28th at 7-8:30pm: Presentation on prescription drug abuse by Dr. Jay Bishoff for parents
Corner Canyon High School Auditorium (12943 South 700 East, Draper)
